Leach talks Feldman on SiriusXM Radio

Former Texas Tech head coach Mike Leach, whose recently released book Swing Your Sword led to the indefinite suspension Thursday of longtime ESPN writer and accomplished author Bruce Feldman, addressed the situation on his SiriusXM Radio show with Jack Arute on Friday.

Feldman reportedly has been banned from writing on any ESPN platform, is barred from appearing on ESPN television and radio, is not allowed to use his Twitter account and cannot participate in any promotion of Leach's book, in which Feldman played a role.

Feldman was suspended despite garnering approval from ESPN management to continue on the project. Leach, of course, had his contract terminated by Texas Tech in 2009 after complaints were made about his alleged treatment of Adam James, the son of ESPN college football analyst Craig James. Of course, the fact that James is also an employee of ESPN is problematic in the eyes of the four-letter network.
