LSU-Alabama rematch reportedly set for BCS title game
LSU and Alabama will meet in the BCS title game in New Orleans to determine college football's national champion, according to Jerry Palm of CBSSports.com.
The Crimson Tide will be ranked No. 2 over Oklahoma State when the final BCS standings are announced Sunday night at 8:15 p.m. ET. The Tigers will remain at No. 1.
The big question now is whether TCU is able to move up two spots and automatically qualify for a BCS berth. Oklahoma State will likely play Stanford in the Fiesta Bowl, while TCU or Kansas State could play Michigan in the Sugar Bowl. The Orange Bowl game will feature Clemson most likely against West Virginia. Oregon and Wisconsin will meet in the Rose Bowl.
