T.O. criticizes McNabb via Twitter

Terrell Owens just refuses to stop criticizing Donovan McNabb.

But the way the former Philadelphia Eagles star quarterback is playing in his first year in Washington, he might have to get used to the negative remarks if the Redskins season continues to spiral out of control.

The Eagles stormed into FedEx Field and scored 28 first-quarter points en route to putting up 59 in the NFC East showcase on Monday Night Football.

And the Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver must have been watching the debacle on television, as he expressed what a lot of football fans were thinking when news broke of McNabb’s reported extension.

T.O. tweeted, How do u justify a 78 million dollar contract w/this type of performance?

Owens, in his first year with the Bengals, has never been one to shy away from speaking his mind — and criticizing his former Eagles teammate.

McNabb finished 17 of 31 for 295 yards with two touchdowns and three interceptions against the Eagles. But nearly all of the yards came after the 'Skins had dug themselves a five-touchdown hole.

The 6-3, 224-pound Owens has 59 catches for 834 yards and 7 touchdowns this season — a year that is very likely to end with the Bengals not in the postseason, much like the Redskins.
