Bradford bumps back pro day

It’s not what you think.

The country’s most famous AC joint is doing fine and is still preparing to throw for NFL personnel.

Quarterback Sam Bradford has pushed back his pro day workout to March 29 due to the annual NFL owners meeting, according to Jason La Canfora of the NFL Network.

The former Sooner was originally scheduled to host his workout on March 25, but that’s the day after the annual owners meeting in Orlando, Fla. Because the possibility exists that the meetings could run long due to collective bargaining discussions—which is somewhat of an important topic right now if you’ve been paying attention—Bradford and agent Tom Condon decided it would be best to move back the workout.

And for all you conspiracy theorists that think this adjustment may have something to do with Bradford’s shoulder—which he injured twice during the 2009 season—Condon’s got a message for you.

“The change has nothing to do with Sam’s health,” Condon said. “It was moved at the request of teams and general managers.”
