It's official: Kolb OUT for Sunday

Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Kevin Kolb will not play this weekend at Detroit due to a concussion he suffered in Week 1 against the Green Bay Packers.

That's right, folks. Michael Vick will be getting his first start in the NFL since December of 2006.

We currently have Vick rated as the No. 8 QB in this week's rankings. He also made an appearance in Friday's "Starts and Sits" column.

While a QB controversy is no doubt brewing in Philadelphia, Eagles head coach Andy Reid has stated that Kolb will be the starter when he returns to action.

However, you'd have to imagine that could change if Vick lights it up on Sunday at Detroit.
