JerryWorld falls just short of Super Bowl attendance record

DALLAS—Maybe next time, Jerry Jones.

That is, if the NFL ever decides to come back here.

Sunday’s attendance for Super Bowl XLV was just announced at 103,219, falling 766 people shy of the all-time record set in Pasadena for Super Bowl XIV between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Los Angeles Rams.

I spent a couple of minutes trying to come up with something witty to say for this last paragraph, but I completely flopped.
