Michael Jenkins joins Donovan McNabb in Minnesota
After seven underwhelming seasons in Atlanta, former first-round pick Michael Jenkins is looking to start fresh in a new dome (albeit one with a questionable roof).
Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that Jenkins and the Minnesota Vikings have reached an agreement on a three-year deal. The financial particulars weren’t immediately made available.
After losing wide receiver Sidney Rice to the Seattle Seahawks earlier this week, the Vikings found themselves in the market for a wideout who can line up on the outside and stretch the field for Percy Harvin.
Whether or not Jenkins is that guy remains to be seen.
