Oregon football players not suspects in frat theft

Oregon football fans can breathe easy…for now.

Starting quarterback Jeremiah Masoli and wide receiver Garrett Embry are currently not considered suspects in a theft that took place at a University of Oregon fraternity house, according to KMTR.com.

Multiple laptop computers were allegedly stolen from the Sigma Alpha Epsilon frat house during the early morning hours of Sunday, January 24.

While both Masoli and Embry are mentioned in the police report, neither player is being considered by police as a suspect at this time.

Masoli threw for 2,147 yards and 15 touchdowns for the Pac-10 champion Ducks this past season, while Embry caught only two passes for -4 yards in two games.
