Target analysis
The target analysis is here to educate our readers on which NFL pass-catchers around the league tend to benefit from an abundance of opportunities. Targets are the number of times a pass is thrown at a player. For example, if Kurt Warner over-throws Larry Fitzgerald on a deep bomb down the field (while it will not count as a reception) that is considered a target.
Here is your Week 16 update.
Targets: Total number of passes thrown at the receiver.
Rec: Receptions
YPR: Yards per reception
Long: The receiver's longest reception
25+: How many receptions the receiver has of 25 yards or more.
