The Who announce Super Bowl set list

The Who’s Pete Townshend revealed to Billboard on Monday the set list for the band’s Super Bowl halftime show.

“We’re kinda doing a mashup of stuff,” Townshend told Billboard. “It works-it’s quite a saga.”

The Who plan on playing bits and pieces of the following five songs during their 12-minute performance:

1. Baba O’Riley
2. Pinball Wizard
3. Tommy
4. Who are you
5. Won’t get fooled again

As mentioned by Billboard, the band that gets the honor of playing the Super Bowl halftime show usually experiences a boom in record sales. Bruce Springsteen’s “Working on a Dream” debuted at No. 1 last year during the week culminating with Super Bowl Sunday, according to Billboard.

Thoughts on the set list? Will you watch?
