Pouncey's MRI reveals no neck damage
Miami Dolphins center Mike Pouncey got some good news Monday when an MRI on his neck revealed no damage, per ProFootballTalk.com.
The rookie center and former Florida standout exited Sunday's game against the New York Giants after injuring his neck in a collision with defensive end Osi Umenyiora. Pouncey will continue to be monitored in the coming days and his status for Week 9 is currently unknown.
The twin brother of Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey has been impressive so far this season, starting all eight games.
