49ers claim Ray-Ray Armstrong off waivers from Raiders

The San Francisco 49ers claimed linebacker Ray-Ray Armstrong off waivers from the Oakland Raiders. The 49ers placed defensive tackle Glenn Dorsey on injured reserve with a torn anterior cruciate ligament. Armstrong played in all 10 Raiders games this season and started the first two games and had 21 tackles and one sack. Armstrong was investigated and not charged for allegedly taunting a police dog in Pittsburgh. Follow me on Twitter: @AaronWilson_NFL Aaron Wilson covers the Texans for The Houston Chronicle.
