49ers fullback Bruce Miller arrested on domestic battery charge

San Francisco 49ers fullback Bruce Miler was arrested on a domestic violence charge. He was arrested for suspicion of misdemeanor battery of a spouse or cohabitant. He hasn't been formally charged yet, but the case was referred to prosecutors.
The 49ers said they're "aware of the matter involving Bruce Miller. We were disappointed to learn of these reports and will do our due diligence in collecting all relevant information."
