49ers land Randy Moss
The San Francisco 49ers liked what they saw from Randy Moss Monday morning in a workout.
By Monday night, he had a deal
Moss has agreed to a one-year contract with the 49ers, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN, giving San Francisco a veteran wide receiver that potentially will be able to stretch the field.
The 35-year-old Moss was out of football last season but announced on his birthday he was planning a comeback. He previously worked out for the New Orleans Saints.
San Francisco coach Jim Harbaugh ran the workout for Moss, throwing him passes.
