49ers re-sign linebacker Ray-Ray Armstrong

The San Francisco 49ers re-signed linebacker Ray-Ray Armstrong to a one-year deal. Armstrong was scheduled to become a restricted free agent. Armstrong had five tackles in three games as a backup linebacker. He played 21 games for the Raiders over the last two seasons. The 49ers tendered restricted free agent linebacker Michael Wilhoite and guard Jordan Devey as an exclusive-rights free agent.
