49ers re-sign Ray Ventrone, cut Josh Johnson
The San Francisco 49ers re-signed safety Ray Ventrone and cut quarterback Josh Johnson.
Ventrone, 31, went undrafted out of Villanova.
He has previous stints with the New England Patriots, New York Jets and Cleveland Browns.
