49ers sign Reggie Bush
The San Francisco 49ers have signed Reggie Bush, who was hampered by an ankle injury in his final season with the Detroit Lions.
The Lions cut Bush. He played in 11 games and rushed for 297 yards.
The Lions were 28th in rushing last season.
Bush was due $3.25 million.
Cutting him created $1.7 million in salary-cap space.
