Aaron Rodgers not happy to lose Madden vote to Peyton Hillis
Somewhere, Green Bay Packers fans are celebrating the loss by one of their favorites.
Aaron Rodgers acknowledged as much. That, however, didn’t make it any easier for him after it was announced earlier today that Cleveland Browns running back Peyton Hillis had upset him in voting to be the next cover boy for the EA Sports Madden football game. The vote was a stunner.
“I don’t ever like losing but Peyton Hillis is a great player and he's worked hard to get to where he's at. Lots of respect for him,” Rodgers said via his Twitter account.
“GB fans who are scared of the curse are rejoicing somewhere today haha.”
Yes, there is no doubt that many Packers fans are glad the quarterback of the defending Super Bowl champions will not be on the cover. We’re betting they voted that way too.
