Aaron Rodgers will have all his targets available
The Green Bay Packers are healing up in the nick of time.
Wide receivers Jordy Nelson (knee) and Randall Cobb (ankle) both had full participation in practice on Thursday, setting them up to be in action for Saturday night’s wild-card round meeting with the Minnesota Vikings at Soldier Field.
With Greg Jennings sidelined much of the season, Cobb and Nelson were the most popular targets for quarterback Aaron Rodgers. Nelson said “none whatsoever” when he was asked if there were any doubts he would play, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
The playoff game will mark the first time since the opener that Jennings, Nelson, Cobb and James Jones have all been completely healthy.
"We're excited about it and hopefully we can go out and perform well, make a lot of plays and play a few games together," Nelson said. "That's what you want. You want to be at full strength going into the playoffs and I think we're as healthy as we can be."
