Ahmad Bradshaw doing well following minor ankle scope

New York Giants running back Ahmad Bradshaw is upbeat following a cleanout procedure on his left ankle.

According to Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News, Bradshaw reported on his Twitter page that the surgery “went great.” Bradshaw had a similar procedure on his right ankle last offseason before he led the team in rushing – and fumbling issues.

Bradshaw is scheduled to be an unrestricted free agent once the CBA is hammered out. That might not be for some time and that leaves his status up in the air. Per Bradshaw, the team has informed him he will be a “priority” once the labor impasse is resolved. But that doesn’t mean a whole lot right now.
