Aldon Smith, Delanie Walker named in lawsuit
San Francisco 49ers defensive end and his former teammate, tight end Delanie Walker, now with the Tennessee Titans, were named as defendants a lawsuit filed in Santa Clara, Calif., regarding a man being shot at a party that Smith hosted and charged $10 admission to.
Ronndale Esporlas alleges that Smith and Walker fired guns into the air while standing on a balcony at a party on the evening of June 29, 2012, per CSNBayArea.com.
The lawsuit claims that Smith, who was treated for a stab wound, at the party, and Walker were intoxicated and were in illegal possession of firearms at the party hosted by the 49ers star defensive end.
The lawsuit claims that Walker made his way to the driveway and was firing a gun into the air and toward people attending the party. A group of people then began firing back, and Esporlas claims that he and a friend were injured from being hit in the crossfire.
