Aldon Smith denies drinking at Ray McDonald's house

San Francisco 49ers outside linebacker Aldon Smith denied drinking alcohol with former teammate Ray McDonald and a woman who alleges she was sexually assaulted by McDonald

"As far as it's concerned, I was over at Ray's house for close to an hour," Smith said. "I didn't drink one thing. As far as it goes, relating to that, I have nothing else to say. It's not my issue or my problem."

Smith has a a history of drinking issues and has been to a treatment facility.

Doug Hendrickson, Smith's agent, has said Smith didn't drink.

"He's been in the alcohol program and gets tested twice a week, and he's never failed a test," Hendrickson said.

Smith served a nine-game suspension. His probation includes a condition that he not drink.
