Aldon Smith pleads not guilty to weapons charges

San Francisco 49ers All-Pro outside linebacker Aldon Smith pleaded not guilty to three felony weapons charges.

The legal matter stems from a party at the NFL player's home last year.

Smith was stabbed at the party, and shots were fired with two people injured.

During the investigation, police say they found five unregistered weapons at Smith's home.

Back playing again, Smith doesn't appear in court again until Jan. 15.
