Andre Ellington in, Carson Palmer out
The Arizona Cardinals will be without quarterback Carson Palmer on Sunday, as the veteran is dealing with a right shoulder injury.
He was deactivated for Sunday's game against the Giants. Drew Stanton will start in his place.
The Cardinals may feature the running game quite a bit as Andre Ellington, who nearly missed this past Monday's game against San Diego with a foot injury, is active and available to play. He received 18 touches a week ago and reportedly wasn't as sore as expected following the game.
The Giants will figure to load the box to stop the run, which could create one-on-one opportunities for Larry Fitzgerald and Michael Floyd. It will be on Stanton to keep the Giants' defense honest and get his playmakers the ball in the passing game.
