Andrew Hawkins signs offer sheet with Browns
The Cleveland Browns have been doing their part to make a splash this free agency, though early on it was mostly on the defensive side of the ball.
But now they're trying to take a division rival's receiver away.
According to the Cleveland Plain Dealer, the Browns gave receiver Andrew Hawkins a four-year offer sheet on Tuesday.
According to a league source, it's worth $12 million.
The Bengals will have the opportunity to match the offer. According to the Bengals' team site, they may decide to wait a week before making a decision.
