As expected, Foster inactive for Texans
For the second time in three games thus far, Arian Foster will watch the Houston Texans in street clothes, as he is inactive, according to the Houston Chronicle.
Various reports had had Ben Tate likely getting the start this week against the New Orleans Saints, and that is what will happen.
Foster sat out the opener against Indianapolis, then re-injured the hamstring last week against Miami. In both games, Tate had come off the bench to go over 100 yards rushing for the 2-0 Texans.
Foster had been made a "game-time decision" on Friday, leading to speculation that he would again be held out this week.
