Tag, wide receiver Alshon Jeffery is it for the Chicago Bears. He was named their franchise player, a non-exclusive tag that cost $14.599 million. If he signs with another team, they owe the Bears two first-round draft picks. The Bears have until July 15 to sign him to a long-term deal or he'll play this year under the tag.
