Bears place tight end Zach Miller on injured reserve, sign Kofi Hughes

The Chicago Bears placed tight end Zach Miller on injured reserve with a Lisfranc foot injury.

The Bears signed wide receiver Kofi Hughes to a one-year deal.

Miller, 29, is in his fifth NFl season from Nebraska-Omaha.

The Bears now have four tight ends on the roster, including Martellus Bennett, Matthew Mulligan, Jeron Mastrud and Dante Rosario.

Miller has caught 45 career passes for 470 yards and four touchdowns.
