Becht happy for another chance with Chiefs

Kerry Collins isn't the only veteran player who has decided to give football another shot.

Tight end Anthony Becht had already begun a sports media career (working in Tampa as radio host for an ESPN affiliate there). But when the Kansas City Chiefs offered him another opportunity to play – even after a year out of the league – Becht bit.

"It's been a privilege to play 10 years in the NFL. I love playing this game and I'm fortunate to get this opportunity. I will work my hardest to help the Chiefs this season. I would like to thank everyone for (their) support. … It's good to be back!" Becht said on his Twitter page.
