Bengals promote Tony Dye, cut Chris Lewis-Harris
The Cincinnati Bengals promoted safety Tony Dye to the active roster, from the practice squad.
Dye is a second-year NFL player who spent last season on injured reserve with an ankle injury.
He was waived on Aug. 31 and was signed to the practice squad on Sept. 24.
They cut cornerback Chris Lewis-Harris, a first-year player from Tennessee-Chattanooga. Lewis-Harris played in three games this season, with three special teams tackles.
