Benson Mayowa joins Cowboys, Raiders don't match $8 million offer sheet

The Dallas Cowboys have landed defensive end Benson Mayowa after the Oakland Raiders declined to match a three-year, $8 million offer sheet for the restricted free agent. Mayow joins the Cowboys' defensive line as they won't retain Greg Hardy and will be without Randy Gregory for the first four games next season because of his suspension for violating the NFL's substance-abuse policy.
A former Seattle Seahawks undrafted free agent from Idaho, Mayowa had 22 tackles and two sacks for Oakland the past two seasons.
