Biggs: Cadillac, Stroughter questionable for Bucs

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have to view Sunday’s meeting with the New York Jets as a shot at a chance to get off the one-win plateau, but they have been struck by some tough luck.

Running back Cadillac Williams sustained a back injury on Thursday and first appeared on the injury report on Friday. The Bucs’ leading rusher is considered questionable for the game.

If Williams is out, Derrick Ward will likely get the bulk of the work with Earnest Graham and recently promoted Kareem Huggins also potentially could fill a role.

Wide receiver Sammie Strougher is also questionable with a back injury also suffered in practice on Thursday. Stroughter is also the top return man, a role that could go to Yamon Figurs or Huggins.
