Biggs: Cowboys healing up at right time
The Dallas Cowboys are healing up just in time for their wild-card round showdown with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Veteran right tackle Marc Colombo had full participation on practice on Thursday and is expected to start Saturday night at Dallas Cowboys Stadium. Colombo had been sidelined for the last seven weeks as he recovered from leg and ankle injuries. He had been replaced by Doug Free.
Running back Tashard Choice, who has doubled as a return man, has also been cleared to return. Choice left Sunday’s game with “concussion-like symptoms” according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram after being hit in the head while making a block. Choice said he felt fine by the end of the game, and has been cleared medically.
