Biggs: Eagles extend Justice though 2013
The Philadelphia Eagles have announced that they have signed right tackle Winston Justice to a four-year contract extension.
Justice, who took over this season for Shawn Andrews when back issues sidelined him, was set to become an unrestricted free agent after this season, but only if there is an extension of the collective bargaining agreement.
A second-round draft pick in 2006 from USC, Justice bombed when he was used earlier in his career but has proven to be a solid contributor with a little more time to develop. The move certainly casts some doubt on the future of Andrews with the organization. Andrews has missed most of the last two seasons.
