The Buffalo Bills were awarded quarterback Matt Simms, the son of former New York Giants Super Bowl winning quarterback Phil Simms, off waivers from the New York Jets. The Bills cut quarterback Jeff Tuel to create a roster spot for Simms. Simms went undrafted out of Tennessee. Simms played in three games in 2013 and threw one touchdown. For his career, he has completed 19 of 39 passes for 195 yards, a touchdown and one interception. Follow me on Twitter: @RavensInsider Aaron Wilson covers the Ravens for The Baltimore Sun
