Bills coach Aaron Kromer arrested for assault and battery
Buffalo Bills offensive line coach Aaron Kromer was arrested and charged with assault and battery following a physical altercation with a neighbor's son in Northwest Florida.
The boy is a juvenile.
According to Walton County Sheriff's Department in Panama City, Fla., Kromer was charged with a misdemeanor.
Kromer was released on bail at 3:10 a.m. "We are aware of the report and in the process of gathering the facts," the Bills said in a statement. Kromer was previously the Chicago Bears' offensive coordinator. Kromer apologized to the team after ripping quarterback Jay Cutler to an NFL Network reporter. It's unclear if the Bills will fire Kromer, but he could also be subject to the NFL personal conduct policy and face a suspension and fine.
