Bills' Donald Jones carted to locker room

Buffalo Bills WR Donald Jones got carted to the locker room in today’s game against the Philadelphia Eagles. An injury to his ankle came after a 7-yard catch from QB Ryan Fitzpatrick. Jones tried to join the huddle directly after the play but then made his way to the bench. He was then was carted to the locker room.

Before leaving today’s game, Jones had two catches for 25 yards. Coming into today, Jones had 14 catches for 149 yards and a touchdown, making him the Bills' third-leading receiver.

Now WR David Nelson's role is growing. Nelson has served as the team's primary slot receiver but is now seeing more time on the outside with Jones out.
