Bills, Jackson agree on extension
The Buffalo Bills had promised they would take care of running back Fred Jackson, and on Monday, the club announced it had agreed to a contract extension.
Jackson's extension is for two years, though exact terms of the contract were not immediately disclosed.
Jackson, a former undrafted rookie from Coe College, had 934 yards rushing to lead the Bills for third consecutive season in 2011, though his year was cut short due to a broken leg.
