Bills' Johnson 'just having fun' with Burress mock

Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stevie Johnson insisted that he was "just having fun" as he mocked New York Jets receiver Plaxico Burress in a touchdown celebration in Sunday's 28-24 Bills loss.

After scoring a touchdown, Johnson pretended to shoot himself in the leg, then hopped in the end zone before mocking the "Jet" celebration with his arms out.

"I was just having fun and part of having fun ended up being a penalty and a touchdown for the Jets," Johnson told the Buffalo News. "It was a stupid decision by myself."

The "stupid" part came in by Johnson drawing a 15-yard penalty for his actions, and you can bet he will be receiving a FedEx package from the league as well.

How did the man who was the target of Johnson's act feel about the Bills receiver mocking the deed that sent him to prison?

"I've seen worse, and I've heard worse," Burress said. "So, it doesn't bother me at all. The result I'm looking at is we won the football game ... and he turned around and dropped three wide-open balls to lose it for his team.
