Bills owner Wilson will miss first home opener
Bills owner Ralph Wilson has seen a lot of football in his 92 years.
He even expressed surprise at the Bills' manhandling of the Kansas City Chiefs 41-7 in the opener.
But because of a broken hip sustained in June, the Bills' 92-year-old Hall of Fame owner will not be at the stadium named in his honor when Buffalo hosts the Oakland Raiders on Sunday. He will miss a Bills home opener for the first time in the franchise's 52-year existence.
"I've been working with a trainer trying to recover. It's a slow process, but I'm making strides," Wilson told the Buffalo News.
