Bills, Pears agree to extension
The Buffalo Bills and right tackle Erik Pears have agreed to a contract extension, according to the Buffalo News.
The extension comes nearly one year to the day that Pears first joined the Bills, who signed him on Dec. 14, 2010 as a free agent. Pears has previously played for the Denver Broncos and Oakland Raiders, originally signing with Denver as an undrafted free agent in 2005 out of Colorado State.
"I can't thank this organization enough for believing in me and giving me a real opportunity," Pears said. "I look forward to building on what I've done and continuing to get better."
