Bills place Troup on injured reserve
The Buffalo Bills placed defensive tackle Torell Troup on injured reserve on Tuesday with a back injury, according to the Buffalo News.
Troup, a second-round pick of the Bills in 2010, had played in just six of Buffalo's 11 games this season. He was projected to be the Bills' No. 3 tackle behind Marcell Darius and Kyle Williams at the start of the season.
To replace Troup on the roster, the Bills promoted defensive end Lionel Dotson from the practice squad.
