The Buffalo Bills promoted suspended defensive end IK Enemkpali to the active roster. He's suspended for the first four games for breaking New York Jets quarterback Geno Smith's jaw. Meanwhile, the Bills re-signed defensive tackle Andre Fluellen after cutting him this week. Fluellen is a former Detroit Lions third-round draft pick. Fluellen has 65 tackles, 4 1/2 sacks and 12 quarterback hits and 10 tackles for losses. Follow me on Twitter: @AaronWilson_NFL Aaron Wilson covers the Texans for The Houston Chronicle.
