Bills re-sign Matt Cassel, cut Nick O'Leary

The Buffalo Bills re-signed quarterback Matt Cassel. He'll back up starter Tyrod Taylor. EJ Manuel is the third quarterback. Cassel has passed for 15,727 yards, 96 touchdowns and 70 interceptions. He has played for the Vikings, Chiefs and Patriots. To make room for Cassel, the Bills cut tight end Nick O’Leary. The Bills also added Merril Noel to their practice squad, according to a source.
