Bills rookie Reggie Ragland having surgery for torn ACL

Buffalo Bills rookie linebacker Reggie Ragland will undergo surgery to have a torn anterior cruciate ligament repaired. He'll miss the entire season. The second-round pick was slated to start. The Bills are also waiting for first-round pick Shaq Lawson to recover from shoulder surgery. Ragland was penciled in as an immediate starter. The Bills signed Brandon Spikes and  David Hawthorne to fill in. Zach Brown is now projected to start.
