Bills sign center Fernando Velasco
The Buffalo Bills signed veteran center Fernando Velasco.
Velasco visited the Bills today.
Velasco comes to Buffalo after spending the past two seasons with the Carolina Panthers. The 6-4, 310-pound Georgia product originally entered the NFL in 2009 as an undrafted free agent with the Tennessee Titans. In addition to Tennessee and Carolina, Velasco has spent time with the Pittsburgh Steelers during his seven NFL seasons.
Velasco, 31, has started 38-of-83 career games played. He is a native of Wrens, Georgia.
