Bills sign cornerback Javier Arenas

The Buffalo Bills have signed veteran cornerback Javier Arenas to a reserve-future deal. Arenas is a former Kansas City Chiefs second-round draft pick. The 5-9, 197-pound former Alabama standout has also played for the Arizona Cardinals and Atlanta Falcons. He has 143 career tackles, five sacks, two interceptions, nine quarterback hits, seven tackles for losses and 24 passes defended. Arenas, 28,  has also recorded 106 punt returns for 1,035 yards and 73 kickoff returns for 1,541 yards.
