Blackmon enters not guilty plea on DUI charge
Wide receiver Justin Blackmon entered a not guilty plea to a misdemeanor charge of aggravated DUI on Monday.
Blackmon, the Jacksonville Jaguars top pick and the fifth pick overall in the 2012 draft, was arrested early Sunday morning in Stilwater, Okla., after blowing a .24 on a breathalyzer test, three times the legal limit for intoxication.
Blackmon, according to the Florida Times-Union, will have a hearing on the matter on July 24, three days before the Jaguars open training camp.
Blackmon is expected to return to Jacksonville this week for OTAa and may address the media on the subject of his arrest.
