Blackout lifted for Titans-Jags, tickets still available
The folks in North Florida who can't make it to Everbank Stadium on Sunday will still get the opportunity to see the Jacksonville Jaguars face the Tennessee Titans on local television.
According to the Florida Times-Union, the Jaguars have indicated that they have sold enough "non-premium" seats for their home opener to avoid a blackout.
Earlier in the week, there were more than 7,000 tickets left for the game. And that was when David Garrard was still the Jaguars' quarterback. Maybe the fact that Luke McCown is makig his first start in years is part of the attraction.
There are still tickets available for the game with prices beginning at $60 per ticket.
