Blake Costanzo rejoins 49ers

Veteran linebacker Blake Costanzo has rejoined the San Francisco 49ers, according to his agent, David Canter.

The 6-foot-1, 235-pounder played for the Chicago Bears for the past two seasons and led the team in special-teams tackles with 17 last season.

He has previous stints with the 49ers, Cleveland Browns, Buffalo Bills and New York Jets.

He played collegiately at Lafayette.

He forced a fumble and recovered af umble in the playoffs for the 49ers against the New Orleans Saints in a win.

For his career, Constanzo, 30, has 72 tackles with four forced fumbles and four fumble recoveries.
